Day 24: Give Greed a Body

This week’s somatic practice is a polarity practice: one of my favorites and one of the most powerful in the Made for More library. We’re going to work with two characters: Greed on one side, Generosity on the other. And we’re going to let them have a lively conversation.

Greed is not the bad one and Generosity is not the good one. That framing is exactly the conditioning we’re here to undo. They live on the same spectrum in the body, and most of us have only been allowed to embody one of them in public.

This is your invitation to embody both. Privately. And to see what each of them has been waiting to say.

This practice is part of the paid subscriber library. Upgrade below to access all somatic practices in the 30 Days of More series, integration journal prompts, and live calls with Emily.

Before you press play:

Give yourself some physical space if you can. This is a polarity practice and you’ll be moving between two distinct positions in the room, embodying one character and then the other. Even if you stay seated, turn to face a different direction when you switch between them.

Have an audacious ask in mind before you start. Something you’ve actually been wanting and talking yourself out of. A number, a request, a vision — whatever’s been hovering at the edge of what you’ll let yourself say out loud. We’ll be turning the volume up on it during the practice.
