Day 5: What's Actually In Your Money Box?

I want you to imagine your capacity to receive and hold money like a box.
Not a bank account. Not a budget spreadsheet. A box — the kind that’s been sitting in the corner of a room for years, collecting things you meant to sort through but never quite did.
Inside this box isn’t just money. It’s everything that came before the money. The unconscious beliefs you inherited before you were old enough to question them. The emotional residue of every time you were told your desire was too big, your dream was unrealistic, your needs were too much. The stories about what kind of people have money, and whether you’re one of them.
Worth. Safety. Value. Belonging. It’s all in there.
And here’s the thing — most approaches to making more money focus entirely on the box itself. Guard it better. Track it more carefully. Make it look prettier with affirmations and vision boards. Try to shove more inside by rewriting your money stories.
But what if the box is already full?
Not full of money. Full of everything else. The inherited scarcity. The shame around wanting. The old family rules about success that were never yours to carry in the first place.
That’s why you can know your money story intellectually — you can name it, journal about it, talk about it in therapy — and still not shift it in your body. Because the story isn’t just in your mind. It lives in your nervous system. In the patterns of how love was given and received. In the quiet ways you’ve been shrinking your desire before anyone else gets the chance to tell you it’s too much.
This is what we are doing differently in 30 Days Of More.
We open the box. We take inventory. We clear out what was never yours to carry. We keep the gold — the truth, the values, the vision. And we make room for more of what you’re actually calling in.

This Monday, April 27th at 3PM ET I’m going live on Substack and we’re doing this together — in real time, in community, in our bodies.
This is the Opening Ceremony. The moment we actually look inside the box together and begin to see what’s in there. What’s ready to be released. What’s been taking up space that could be holding so much more.
I can share the concept here. But what happens on that call goes deeper than words on a page. If you’re ready to see what’s actually in your box — and what you’re ready to let go of — I want you there.
